These terms of service apply to the use of IntygsKlinik's website and services. By using the website or booking a service, you accept these terms. The Swedish version of these terms applies if the two differ.
1. About us
IntygsKlinik offers medical certificates, health checks and related medical services.
2. Booking and your responsibility
When you book an appointment, you are responsible for making sure that the information you give is correct and up to date. You are also responsible for bringing valid ID and any documents or medical records needed for the visit.
A booking may need to be moved or cancelled if necessary documents are missing or if medical requirements cannot be met.
3. Medical assessments
All medical assessments and certificates are issued by a licensed doctor in line with applicable laws, regulations and medical guidelines.
IntygsKlinik can never guarantee that a certificate will be accepted by an authority, employer, school or other third party, as the decision is always made by the recipient.
4. Payment
Prices are shown on the website or given when you book. Payment is made using the payment options offered.
A fee may be charged for a missed appointment or a late cancellation.
5. Cancelling and rebooking
Appointments must be cancelled or rebooked at least 24 hours before the booked time. For a missed appointment or a late cancellation, the full fee is charged.
6. Personal data
Personal data is processed in line with our privacy policy and applicable data protection law.
7. Limitation of liability
IntygsKlinik is not liable for indirect damage, financial loss or decisions made by third parties based on medical certificates or statements.
Nor are we liable for technical problems, disruptions or interruptions to the website that are beyond our control.
8. Intellectual property
Content on the website, such as texts, logos, images and other material, belongs to IntygsKlinik or is used with the rights holder's permission, and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Changes to these terms
IntygsKlinik may update or change these terms of service when needed. The latest version is always published on the website.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
